ON RAMP PROGRAM

 

What is On Ramp?

This is a 2.5 hour class held every other Saturday that IS required by all clients new to CrossFit.  No exceptions, no makeups, no refunds.   This class teaches you the foundational movements you will need to successfully participate in the group classes.    Please understand that we have condensed the information, and prompt and complete attendance of the on-ramp session is required for you to attend group classes and become a CFLS athlete. Email to reserve a spot at info@crossfitls.com and an invoice securing your place will be sent to you.  Maximum capacity for on-ramp class is 8 people to maintain the integrity of the curriculum, and to ensure you have a comprehensive, immersive introduction to all things CrossFit.

How much does it cost?

The everyday low price of this class PLUS 4 WEEKS of classes is $100.00

If you are interested in monthly classes at CFLS they will begin upon successful completion of on-ramp, 4 weeks from your onramp date.

How do I get signed up?

Email info@crossfitls.com to reserve your spot with the date you wish to attend.  We have limited space to ensure quality training, so don’t delay!
