
We have put together a series of 4 classes that need to be completed before joining in a group class. These classes will take you through the foundational movements of Crossfit and introduce you to the equipment. You will learn what equipment is available, how to use it and where it is stored. We will review your fitness goals and nutrition.
The On-Ramp classes are offered at the first of each month. Click here for information on the current class.
It is required that you attend all classes.
