We have a 2.5 hour class that needs to be completed before joining in a group class. This class will take you through the foundational movements of Crossfit and introduce you to the equipment. You will learn what equipment is available, how to use it and where it is stored. We will review your fitness goals and nutrition.
The On-Ramp classes are twice a month on alternating Saturdays from 730-10 am. Click here for information on the current class.
