9/11/2012 343 MEMORIAL WOD

This day is one that no American will ever forget.  I was living in NYC at the times of the attacks and I will never forget how the entire populace  banded together, put aside conflict and worked as a unit to take back our city.  What I remember most is the search and rescue pups who became so devastated by the sheer number of deaths that the remaining firefighters started lying down to pretend to be rescued in order to buoy their puppy spirits.  That is true kindness.   All my love to all of those who lost loved ones in the attack and thanks to all those (furry and non) that worked around the clock to save lives.

343 WOD

This workout is to honor the 343 firefighters that gave their lives to save others on 9/11.  We are going to do this as a partner WOD.  Each partner is going to do 50 reps of each barbell movement, both have 43 burpees @ the end.  Switch as needed,  partner works while other rests.
